PE Cling Masterbatch Function
It is a concentrate of high molecular weight Polyisobutylene (PIB) tackifier in Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE).
PIB is a viscous polymer and is incompatible with PE. Therefore, it will migrate to the surface of the film over time and thus will give a cling effect.
